What: Wild Game Sausage Making Seminar

10 lb. batch of sausages per attendee

What is included in the event:   

- Demonstrations and Instructions

- 5 lb pork

- Natural hog casings

- Seasonings

Use of:

- Grinder

- Mixer

- Sausage stuffer

Requirements:   

- 5 lb of your own thawed wild game meat (ground or pieces)  

- Cooler  

- Large freezer bags

You are welcome to bring a second person to help you process your sausages.
