We left with 10 lbs of made sausages each all ready to be packed for the freezer. I chose garlic flavorseasoning in hog casings.
During our event, they opened our minds to all the possibilities of different flavourful sausages. In a nutshell, it's a meal in a sac. Why not....bingo, ding,ding,ding. You can make so many different meals into a sausage. Not just your traditional, but Hamburger Helper, Pizza, Christmas/Thanksgiving dinner with stuffing and cranberries and on and on.
